St. Patty's Day hasn't been the same since we became parents, but that doesn't mean we need to skip the celebrations altogether. I made two Irish-inspired dishes with Bourbon Ribs and Smashed Irish Potatoes, and an out of this world Whiskey Margarita (yea you read that right) that made our March 17th a delicious and memorable night in.
